For more than a year and through countless revisions, we've developed our sauces to provide a pleasant balance of 'heat and sweet' that allows you to prepare exactly the level of heat you want to serve. Our mild sauce gives you plenty of sweet with just a kiss of heat. The medium sauce will give you the sweet with a healthy kick of heat.
