Mr. Stew's Chipotle Sauces were created by a team of dedicated family members and friends who were willing to put up with my using them as human guinea pigs over the past year.    We have attempted to put together the right ingredients to give you a balance of 'heat and sweet' that suits your taste.  
 
 
Company History
Created during a time "between jobs," Mr. Stew's sauces are different from traditional 'wing sauces.'  We want the flavor to be what your remember first, the heat second (except for the hot version).   Mr. Stew's love of hot and spicy wings began more than 20 years ago while enjoying college hi-jinks with fraternity brothers at Ohio Wesleyan University.   Tuesday night was 'wing night' at the Little Brown Jug restaurant (may the good Lord remember the place fondly).   Each week there was a pilgrimage of sorts to eat a plate of 20 extra-hot wings and a pitcher of Fresca (or whatever beer on tap was on special that night).   The wings were good and spicy hot, but lacked any real 'flavor' to call their own.   Since that time, Mr. Stew has experimented with various recipes and when he found himself without work last year, he decided to put together what has now evolved into Mr. Stew's Chipotle Sauces.
